We also currently cater for exterior maintenance for care homes and smaller clinics across the UK. With a clear understanding of the need for the specific challenges of working within live healthcare situations.

Education

Working with universities, colleges and schools, we perform external maintenance on a wider range of buildings. Our team has experience of working within live education environments & the unique challenges it poses. 

We strive to minimise the disruption by proactively planning work to coincide with the school closures where possible. When not an option, every effort is given to ensuring minimum disruption to the facility with regular training given to our operatives and preplanning at concept stage. All of our staff are DBS checked.

Local Authorities

We aim to work closely with groundworks contractors and local authorities regarding any specific requirements regarding maintenance or upgrades for asset buildings.

Historical Buildings & Heritage Work

Our specialist teams, including groundworks contractors, with restoration skills for historical buildings work carefully to return important buildings to their former glory. A combination of modern technology and traditional skills are employed to deliver excellent results for all heritage clients. Contracts range from long term work to individual projects on a short term basis.
